Expansion East Kent fund. This is a loan scheme with a 0% interest rate that is provided by Kent County Council. The loan must be used to create or safeguard jobs in the East Kent area. The loan has certain criteria which must be met, the details of which can be found on the KCC guidance notes on their website.
