After Hours Club Howfield Manor

The idea for the After Hours Club was to allow the membership to network and build business relationships in a relaxed and informal manner.  The Howfield Manor evening are working proof of this, as the months pass the evenings keep growing and the changing faces show that this approach is working.  It is so good to see the chamber in action on these evenings, it is good to be there as a conduit for the membership to network through but not be the main focus of the evening.

This evening was also Bernadettes’ first After Hours Club and I am sure she enjoyed the opportunity to meet a few of her Canterbury members and some from other areas too.  It was good to see the membership using the Club in the spirit it was intended for, meeting greeting and building.

A big thank you again to our hosts at the Howfield and many thanks to QJ for his helpful networking session tips a little bit of fun and information goes a long way.

I look forward to seeing you soon at the Exhibition or the next networking where our paths cross.

This is my first look around the site properly. All I can say is I am glad I joined!
Look forward to meeting you all (well, most of you) over the next few months, when I will want to hear about what you all do.
My work encompasses a lot of boring things for most people. Accountancy and payroll. There, I’ve said it. Still want to meet me?

If you have drive and ambition, coupled with a passion for what you are and what you do, you WILL succeed.
Overcome your fears and GO FOR IT!
Still worried? Talk to a Business Consultant. Talk to the Chamber. Talk to Business Link.
